So disappointed in my Bojangles, Taylorsville, visit today! Ordered 2 meals with 2 packets of sauce. Sauces were not in my bag. Went to counter to get them & they wanted to charge me 52 cents each. Do not come with the meals anymore but I ordered them when I placed my order. Required I produce a receipt-which I found they did not give me. Sorry way to treat a customer over $1.04! I won't be back since they don't value me as a customer!!
Come on y'all... Bojangles is supposed to be famous for its "legendary" tea, but yours is not living up to that! It tastes like sugar water, no tea flavor at all! Throw some tea bags in there!!
Always leave something out of order! Manager that I spoke with was very unprofessional! I ask for name and they refused! I have contacted corporate office!
