Yum!!! Home cooking but restaurant grade

People have been telling us for years that these are the best burgers in town and I wish I would have found out for myself sooner. We came twice this week! We learned that they form the patties by hand and you can really tell the difference. The building is older and everything is no-fussy but the staff was friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves.

I ordered the chopped BBQ plate, and that was a mistake. They commit the cardinal sin of BBQ by pre-saucing it, which makes it taste terrible. I won't be ordering that again. My son said his cheeseburger was delicious. I enjoyed the slaw, baked beans, and hush puppies. Service was great. Fix the BBQ and I think this restaurant would be amazing.
This is the people's choice for a good burger and they definitely deliver on a good burger.
Service was great as well. The servers were attentive, nice and polite. Beat the lunch rush and Go early though because it gets busy during lunch hours.
