Ordered on the kiosk. Waited over 25 minutes for a fry basket, fries were soggy and cold when we finally did get them.. I ordered a mocha frappe which the cashier asked me four different times as I waited, what I was waiting for only for me to watch others who ordered after me get their orders while I waited and was ignored. This place has really gone down.

I went to the drive through. And I ordered a valley of fish and a ten piece nugget. The two things I enjoy the most on the menu. The customer service was really great. And I got a wonderful smile and the young lady was very polite. I just wanna thank you. Young lady for the beautiful smile and.I say thank you. Because that's the most important thing I look for in a business is the great customer service and you definitely surpassed that.. Even thoughTo you your job may seem small, but it's definitely not. You're smile can make a huge difference in the life of a person who's had a rough day.. So keep smiling period i'm definitely gonna recommend this mcdonald's. And if I ever return in that direction I will be sure to visit again.

Horrible place ran by mentally challenged window lickong people who can't even put dipping sauces on the bag , let's get it straight there's is no one task at a McDonald's that is in any way shape or form able to be consider hard . Some of the simplest tasked have been stream lined to make it even easier to complete . Now a person. Who can't even do that should proba ly just hobble on off in the wilderness somewhere and save the rest of us the burden .

I only got a frappe'. I really don't care for their food.The frappe' was good, but the cup was sticky. I wasn't given a napkin with it.Although that may seem petty, when you're driving it's really not cool to have sticky hands.

The young man operating the drive thru was top notch! Very polite and courteous. I tried the double Big Mac and it wasn’t very good, the lettuce was ready to be thrown out and it was very poorly made. If I placed the container on the floor and tried to make the burger by simply dropping everything and hoping it landed in the box, then picked it up and shook it really hard, that’s what it looked like!!! We were so disappointed, I should’ve taken a photo of it, but on the other hand, the fries were good. Such a disappointment, prolly be a while before I give them another chance!!
I enjoy their mc muffins and nuggets however the nuggets are not always fresh along with the fries but they have always been good on replacements and I recommend eating here the breakfast is

Waited 45 mins for my food and my order was still wrong after the girl came out and got my receipt to even take it in to look at it.

It's McDonald's, it's pretty consistent everywhere but I will say this one is clean inside, they actually bring the food to you if you dine in, you don't have to use the screen to order, food has always been fresh and orders correct.
