Apparently ordering food from an actual human is no longer allowed here. I stood at the counter for several minutes while employees walked by, looked straight at me, and chose to ignore me like I was invisible. No greeting, no “one moment,” nothing. If this McDonald’s only wants customers to use kiosks, then put up a sign instead of wasting people’s time. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I left without ordering and won’t be back anytime soon.
For the life of me I will never understand why cleaning a frappe Machine at 8:15 every morning makes any sense. I mean on the off chance it’s actually working and you’re cleaning the machine at prime MONEY MAKING HOURS 🤷🏼♂️🙄. The answer may be even more unbelievable. “ that’s the way we have always done it” Well hickory is a little further but I will go there and drop my average of $20 every morning seven days a week
The drive through people rarely ever get my order correct - as careful as I am to give it to them correctly - 9 time out of 10 they mess it up - I’m so frustrated with them I’m going to stop patronizing them and go to Wendy’s all the time - new speakers might help y’all ? And your employees need to learn to listen more carefully
