I wasn't expecting too much when I went in here but OMG was I wrong. I honestly think the owner takes pride in his food and what he serves. Very big servings and high quality food. What are my favorite places to go eat Japanese food at a very reasonable price
We live in Wilkes and I had been craving Japanese food for a few days. Since the one in town isn't that great and the one in Elkin is terrible, I decided to take a little scenic route over to Taylorsville. I had eaten here many years ago but my daughter had not. Our food was amazing. The shrimp sauce was wonderful and the carrots were some of the best that I have ever eaten. I am literally eating leftovers now and they are just as good as yesterday. Food is very good, drive thru is fast. The downsides is the amount of food can vary immensely...and those carrots are way too sweet. I like candied carrots but these are carrots cooked in a cup of brown sugar. If it was a dessert, sure maybe, but I don't want it as a side for lunch
