No sweet tea and they won't put it in there. Most others have it. Absolutely NO beverage prices on menu at all. Light on meats (ie.. not as much as others). Owner sits in booth with their baby while the wife (alone) takes and makes orders. She will use same gloves repeatedly, unless asked to change them. IMHO, this location rates about a 2 compared to all other area subways.

You can’t see how much meat they’re putting on your sandwich. There’s a metal shield where you can’t see how much meat they put on your sub. so when they get done there’s hardly any meat on your sub and you can’t complain because you don’t know if they put the right amount on it or not

Absolute trash. Yesterday I ordered a BMT, got home and there was no meat but I ate it anyways, it was actually better without the meat. Went back today to get a BMT with no meat and it's absolutely trash. The prep put toppings on the opposite bread than what i requested, wrong cheese, everything was assbackwards. I can understand mixing up the toppings from sandwich to sandwich but 2 days in a row?

I repeated my order 4 times, even after the sub was starting to be made wrong, and somehow I still did not get what I ordered. At that point I just ate the sub that was not what I ordered and it was pretty crappy

Ordered $56.00 worth of food through the app. This was said to be delivered within 10 minutes of putting in the order. This was a perfect deal until an hour and a half later when the food still wasn't delivered and then the store decided that they did not want to stay open for the driver to arrive. This is a very poor work ethic and not the kind of service you would expect from a large food chain. I will NEVER use this subway ever again!!!

The owners of this subway are cheap and stingy. They make the saddest excuses for subs I have ever seen. Barely any meat or toppings. I ordered a Titan Turkey today and the owners son put two layers of turkey that were cut so damn thin that you could almost see through it. The toppings were just sad. I understand charging more now but you can't reduce the portions too. You are going to lose business like me. I have been to subways where I could barely finish a 6-inch. Here you will still be hungry afterward. It just pisses me off that people are that dang greedy. I am done with this place. Only come here if you want to be ripped off...

im usually not the type to complain about fast food service, with that being said me and my boyfriend get the same sandwich almost every time and after tonight i can actually say it was the worse sandwich ive ever had made from there.

I don't know when it became a thing to make sandwiches upside down, but it seems like I have to remind anybody making a sandwich that mayonnaise or mustard goes on the bread. You have to order online anymore to get any kind of a deal, so you can't really sit there and watch them make your food and request that they do things in a sensible fashion, however I ordered the Titan turkey on multigrain with some vegetables and mayonnaise. I'm not sure who thought it would be a beautiful idea to just put an entire blob of mayonnaise on top of the entire sandwich so that's the only thing you see when you open up the paper wrapping. No one wants to bite into a blob of mayonnaise.... But here we are. Every. Single. Time. I guess I'm going to have to forgo the app and order in person every single time and direct somebody as to how a sandwich is supposed to be made. How positively disappointing. I've been sick the last couple of days and a turkey sandwich sounded good, not a blob of mayonnaise. Sadly I've already scraped everything off and rebuilt it to where I can eat it without wearing it, I really should have taken a photo because this happens every single time.

I ordered a steak and cheese on an Italian herb & cheese bread and the lack of ingredientes and meat was upsetting. The bread was tiny and the sub was not well prepared. The only reason for the 2 stars is because my husband’s sub actually looked well prepared.

Very poor understanding of the Englush langage. Messed up all three of our sandwiches and never offered to replace the sandwiches. 1 could not be eaten due to health issues.
Having to repeat myself twice to get an order right is crazy. Asked for a foot long pro had to tell the employee twice before he put the cheese on, then got my bread wrong when I asked for herbs and cheese but settled for white because I’m tired of repeating myself. Seeing the reviews saying this place is clean? That’s a lie. must of been when an employee actually cared about there job because it’s not like that now.

We placed an order online. Upon arrival our sandwiches were not ready. There was only 1 person working and she had a very bad attitude. When she started making our sandwiches I told her to please heat my meat and cheese. I never got any cheese. I asked her not to put tomatoes on my sandwich because they looked horrible. She got very angry. I asked her to please go easy on the sauces just to remind her. She put so much Chipotle on it that it was hard to eat it. I reminded her not to put Parmesan on my husband’s meatball sub and she grabbed it and shook it all over his sandwich he told me to leave it alone. I will never come back to this Subway. So rude and condescending!

Im actually impressed at how thin they are able to slice the meat. You can almost see through it. They carged 14.75 to my card for a sandwich that was 10.99 on the menu.
