Excellent campsite with power on site and potable water and dump site on property. Pretty area by a pond, fairly level sites ( need a little grading ), quiet. Would return, but not to eat at restaurant.

Roaring River has always been one of our favorites. Maybe we hit them on a bad day today, but we were completely under whelmed. We asked for a tasting and they told us to have a seat that they no longer do tastings at the wine bar. We then received a variety of wines in small shot glasses.... some with barely enough to taste, others almost full, others in dirty glasses. As with many other wineries in the area, the tasting experience has gone away and you are basically just given a few wines and left to your own devices. We understood during Covid that processes needed to be done differently, but now it’s just pure laziness.

A really nice, classy little place in seemingly the middle of nowhere. Actually, the property is large with many different areas, but the restaurant is just the right size, and unique among wineries. Service was excellent. Everyone came to the table with a smile. Even the owners dropped by to spend time at every table. Now, that's how outstanding customer service looks like. I had their Pinot gris. I thought it struck a nice balance between sweet and dry. We shared the turkey sandwich on a ciabatta with Brie and sliced apples. I was hesitant regarding the apple, but it proved to be an excellent tasting choice. The ciabatta was big, soft on the inside and crusty on the outside. The fries that came with it weren't anything special, but we're good nonetheless. We sat outside on the patio against the great view of the running (roaring?) river. It made for the perfect afternoon and way to kick off a vacation.

Great spot to relax and enjoy the river. We sat outside on the deck, definitely where you want to be when the weather is nice. Great service. Dog friendly. The dog had a bowl of water and a kids burger. The humans had wine flights. The menu is small but lovely and complements the wine well. We had the pesto and turkey apple and Brie panini.

Starting with Bailey our server who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and she knows the menu.Now about the chef, his dishes are amazing. From the Jalapeños Smash Burger with the spicy jalapeño relish to the Turkey panini my husband devoured. Everything is local, from the ground beef to the veggies. I hope the chef put his delicious duck on the menu. Recommend this place 100%
