Good people, good ice cream. Had hoped to stop for dinner but didn't make it in time. Store has the basics is you are camping at Stone Mountain. Nice porch and plenty of seating to enjoy your ice cream. Make sure to stop support these folks!

Food was terrible, but it at least was hot. I was overcharged for some nickel candy. Staff wasn't friendly at all.

How did I only take one picture of my ice cream?? Because it’s delicious. I haven’t been up this way in almost 15 years…. But I used to live 20 minutes down the road and I hiked Stone Mountain all the time and look forward to treating myself with ice cream afterwards.
Years past and the service is so welcoming and friendly. They also serve burger/tenders/sandwiches but the kitchen closes at 6 - perfect if you’re camping and just want a meal that you don’t have to prepare.

Although the menu is limited, the food is made to order. No cold food here at all. The taste is better than a fast food joint. Looks like an old country store, lots of items for sale. From pocket knives to local artisans works. Must visit for everyone.

I noticed this after hiking Stone Mountain. I pulled off and noticed it was closed. A car was there however. A lady named Vicky (who later introduced herself as Vicky Billings) came outside when she saw me and offered to let me look around even though the store wouldn't be open for another 45 minutes. Thanks to you.

She let me peruse the store a bit. Bought a shirt and a damn fine cookies and cream on waffle cone. Hit the spot and much needed after hiking.

The store is about as adorable as it gets. It has the feel of a log cabin and was dimly lit. They sell ice cream, crafts, clothes, fishing supplies, and fried type foods. I would have ordered some grub but I wasn't gonna do that to Vicky that early.

This is a good stop after/before hiking to stock up on snacks or grab some food after seeing Stone Mountain.

Neat place to hang out and enjoy a bite. Has that perfect old fashioned look and feel that reminds you of those better times gone by. Work a stop when up at Stone Mountain.

Very cute little store. Did not eat there, just shopped the country store. Like all little stores a little pricey but so fun to go in little stores like that.

Either we got the bad end of the coin or people who are putting positive ratings are just being nice, I guess we were expecting something more then buckets of blue bell ice cream being served up by a grumpy older lady who seemed annoyed that we were there, seriously not a hello or have a nice day, We ate on the porch but you have to be aware where you sit there were wasp nest all over the rafters, as I'm sitting down I had the pleasure of watching a bee? Hornet? making its way into the hole it made into the floor planks literally where you would walk.

This place has everything you need after a long hike at Stone Mountain State Park! The cheeseburger w fries was insanely satisfying. Chocolate chip cookie dough and oatmeal cream pie ice cream in a waffle cone ended the meal perfectly! Very nice staff.

its quaint and charming but little to no inventory to buy. However the Ice Cream was awesome! if you are camping please make sure you have everything you need and if you just need a drink or ice then this place will work. want a hamburger or hot dog this place will work.
