Absolutely horrible food quality and team members do not a single thing to try and resolve anything.
Literally the worst Dunkin ever. They can never make what you order because their machines are always broken or they ran out of the ingredients. Today while ordering, they told me they couldn’t do food because their oven is burned. When I pulled up to pay I asked about donuts and they said yes they can do those, but can’t take any add-ons at the window. Donuts are food! Wtf. I'm very disappointed in the business opportunity here going to waste. Managers and employees are extremely rude and yell at customers. Their 5 car "morning rush" gives them the excuse to make you wait 25 minutes for a breakfast wrap!
Today I got my coffee and luckily only took one sip before realizing they put sugar packs in it when I had ordered sugar free flavoring. I called and explained that this is extremely dangerous to people's lives to give them sugar when some cannot...read full review
