Our family really enjoyed the delicious food here, made fresh when you order! We especially loved the tacos- steak, carnitas, pastor. A perfect place to stop on the way home from hiking, fishing and enjoying the beautiful NC mountains!

Nice team, amazing food, great flavors. We loved everything we ordered!! We got the pollo quesadilla grande, pastor burrito XL, and one traditional pollo taco with a side of rice and beans. The agua fresca, cucumber lime was fantastic. The rice and beans were different than I've generally come across, which was a nice surprise. Rice was soft, refried beans were more liquid. Curious how to recreate that at home, will have to research. For a food truck at a busy intersection, you can't get a better atmosphere with the mountains. They have two picnic tables on-site.
Parking: Parking lot shared with mart. We arrived when the store was closed, so all the parking was being used by good truck customers. Not sure on a busy day what it would look like. Since most people were ordering takeout, some folks were double parking for pickup orders. It's casual.

my close friend owns this stand with his wife and let me tell you this is some of THE BEST Mexican food in slidell. I had a chorizo quesadilla and a chicken burrito today and they were both 100% perfection. no grease, no chinsey amounts, the burrito was fat and full and the quesadilla was full and sealed perfect so nothing fell out. if you want the best then this is where you need to go
