If you’re anywhere near Valdese, this is THE restaurant to go to!
We love coming here for brunch on the weekends. I love the breakfast sandwich they have. The food is always delicious and we’ve had great staff everytime we go. We will be back!
We came here primarily for quality meat, pork in particular. The young butcher was super nice and helpful, the establishment was very clean and welcoming. We bought pork chops today and will return SOON to test the restaurant itself. They also take requests for specific meats and precision cuts. 6/20/25 update: THOSE PORK CHOPS HAVE THE CONSISTENCY, TEXTURE AND FLAVOR OF A STEAK! 🫠
The BEST 🥓BACON 🥓 I’ve EVER had!!! What a gem in Valdese. Great service Lindsey and Cody and the restaurant manager were so friendly! Went for Sunday brunch and was so impressed with the farm to see able vibes. Great spicy Bloody Mary! Had to stock up on the local meats on the way out!
Rosebis the best. Would love to see meat cost come down .
This farm to table restaurant is amazing! Fresh beef and chicken, great French fries, terrific prices, weekly specials, friendly service. This place also has steak dinners and fabulous brunch!

Went in to eat. I'ma picky eater I'm told got the Philly cheese stank no onions. Omg. I love jd's but I'm sorry that trumped it by far..
bought a 1/4 cow and the meat definitely didn't disappoint!! The New York strips and Ribeye was TOP NOTCH! This meat is very good and will get my meat from this place from NOW ON!!
We are new to the area and have been visiting different restaurants. Saw HB on FB so we tried brunch this morning. It was excellent! Best bacon I have ever tasted. Looking forward to visiting again.
this place is amazing hands down will eat again. The staff is top notch.

Loved it! Very good prices for fresh meat, we even bought some of their meat so we can take some home and cook, delicious food for great prices!
Love the farm to table idea. I wanted to like this place so much. My boyfriend got the hotdog and the casing was so tough he couldn’t even bite through it. I got the smash burger and it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Super disappointed
