Just picked up an order that I placed online. It had to be redone on arrival as I had asked for no guacamole. I literally live around the corner, my chimichangas were VERY cold, tasted & smelled like their kitchen & on top of that, the menu clearly states served with beans & I was given rice 🤬
This place used to be good & with cost of food rising, I should EXPECT an establishment to serve QUALITY food, to have my order correct & not taste thrown together. I also asked for fried & they were clearly soft. I won't be back! There are too many other places that care that folks are spending their hard earned money at their establishment!

I am rewriting this review because someone from the restaurant responded and claimed that the server did sing and bring a dessert.
That is NOT TRUE!
This place was recommended as a really great place to eat and celebrate a special occasion so we chose to celebrate my son’s 12th birthday here. The restaurant was busy when we first arrived but had thinned out and was mildly busy by the time we were finishing our meals. Our experience wasn’t pleasant. The service was rude and inattentive. My son loves Mexican food and that’s all he asked for. We wanted to do something a little special for him because he’s had a rough couple of years as he was diagnosed with T1D almost 2 years ago. Apparently a child wasn’t worth the effort, even though several other adults were sang to at other tables while we dined. NO ONE ever came to the table to sing to him as requested and no one even bothered to bring the check. We had to look for our server to request the check. What would you tell your child when he asked why no one sang to him? We normally tip generously, as we understand how difficult times are currently, but a tip was certainly not earned. I did tip but was not as generous as I’d have been had the service been acceptable. “Treat others how you want to be treated.” A motto to live by.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We came here to celebrate my little brother’s birthday and we had told the waitress multiple times that it was his birthday and we asked them to sing to him. There were 3 tables that were celebrated for their birthday but when my husband went up to order ice cream and ask if they could do anything, the waitress told him she was too busy to do that but they had the time to sing to everyone else. My brother was absolutely devastated because he didn’t understand why everyone else got “special” treatment and he didn’t. Our waitress DID NOT deserve any tip because she was rude, rushed and not attentive. We can guarantee you that we will not be back. Absolutely ridiculous. And mind you, my brother is only 10 but they sang to the 2 grown adults that were there for their birthdays. Wow. And not to mention, but he’s type 1 diabetic so this was a true treat for him. The staff needs more hospitality training and better time management skills. And we waited for 20 minutes to get the ticket but my husband ended up having to go and request it and the waitress never even came back to check on us. Honestly, I don’t even know if she noticed we had already paid and left.

This place used to be good but now as of lately the service just flat out sucks. Literally every time I place an order over the phone I’m missing items. I’m getting tired of having to call back or drive back just to get my food or a refund. Definitely never going to this place ever again. Please stay away from this place
