Poor decision to try this place. The burgers are supposedly from Highland Farms in Connelly Springs, yet a horrible microwaved patty instead? You get better beef at a Hardees. Beer is not great either. This place has dropped the ball and have most certainly missed the boat on the food?
amazing food, great staff. dog water owner ✅
ive made better beer in prison, food was great though
food was excellent. owner is a sack of expired mustard.
This place is absolutely discusting. We ALL spit our food out. Our pasta tasted like straight salt and the other things tasted microwaved. Please dont waste your time or money. Service was also very slow and they werent very busy on a friday night. Will never ever be back here.
OMG this place was awful! The wings are so bad! My burger smelled like fish along with being overcooked. The pasta dinners that were ordered tasted like them entire salt jar had been poured in. It burned when you tasted it! It was awful! Food is not what they do!
An absolute GEM! They're music choice is always fantastic and so is their service. The burgers are nice and juicy and everything tastes fresh and crisp. They have a great selection of brews and if im not mistaken they make them in house. We were absolutely blown away by the pretzels! So if you're in town check them out and keep track of their weekly events and trivia nights.
The Levee Brewery and Pub is one of the best local establishments in Burke county. They continue to amaze me everytime I visit. Their commitment to their beautifully crafted beers/ciders and wonderful food are just as incredible as their dedication to their local community. They have always been a strong advocate for the arts and all things music/theatre in our area and have quickly become a staple in Valdese. If you go don't forget to grab a bite as you enjoy a pint or two. Their menu is fresh and shows off some of our local farms, butchers and bakeries. Cheers!
Where to start... Take a good look at the ceiling when you walk in, should give you a hint of what you're in for. I've never seen a food/alcohol establishment paint something with such lack of care hahaha. The staff seemed to be completely new to the idea of working at a bar/restaurant, the sheer lack of professionalism at this place was glaringly obvious. The menu advertises that they have "pub chips" that's a lie. The chips are no more than Cape Cod chips from the store sold as "pub chips." The rest of the food is the obvious lower tier items from Syscho's catalog. The place was also completely dead, now this could be due to it being lunch time, understandable, but man was the atmosphere extremely awkward, almost dead silence other than the radio stuck on a 90's Playlist at a low volume. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even the beer connoisseurs that would grace a place like this. Avoid it altogether.
Went there early on a Saturday. And the staff was super friendly and according. If you like cask beer you should consider this place

Great stop for some brews and food. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of bar seating, patio, and interior booths or tables. For the brews really enjoyed the red ale and banana brown. Cheers!!
Amazing food, fun environment! They pay attention to detail and take great care of you. Always a great experience!
Loved our stop at The Levee on the way to the mountains. What a gem. The pizza dough was *chefs kiss* and the beers were crisp and delicious. Human loved, dog approved!
The food at the Levee is fantastic. I just treated my staff to lunch today and they loved it!
Great spot to have a delicious true Cask ale. Good service and a solid food selection.
