I really am not trying to be rude when I say this but I just bought a sub and walked out and threw it away. What happened was kind of embarrassing so I really didn’t know how to say it without embarrassing the worker but while she was making my tuna sub I realized every time she reached over to grab an ingredient and then leaned back she literally had some of my sandwich on her shirt 😔. A black shirt. So it was real easy to see. I don’t do well in moments like that as I hate to make someone feel bad so honesty I let her ring it up and I walked out then tossed it. Hopefully they can avoid this in the future it’s super unhygienic for an employees work shirt to be grazing someone’s food.

My son is allergic to peanuts and any kind of nuts and when I ask the employee did they have any chocolate chip that has not been put out but already cooked she said yes.. I ask could I get some of those because they put the chocolate chip on the bottom and the cookies that had nuts on top. The employee proceeds to tell me that she couldn't do that her boss wouldn't allow that. Very poor customer service and this was in Vanceboro

Always messing up my orders... but what annoys me the most is they made me a salad that I can't even eat... absolutely disgusting... lucky I can't add photos! They need to learn to put the dressing in a side dish or individually packed... they ruin a good 8 buck absolutely so annoyed with this subway... order things on for them to do and it always wrong!< previous review > updated review‐‐> I just ordered on the app 5 subs two the same the rest all different. They messed up on the two that was the same. When I called to get them to correct it lady caught an attitude. Told her my husband was on the way back. When he got there her tone and attitude was absolutely ridiculous. Don't like redoing an order than perhaps do it right the first time. Literally on the damn ticket the way it was wanted made. Can't comply than get used to fixing them. Not to mention this damn store goes through more employees than should on a regular. When they remade the sandwiches before he arrived to get there so was unable to watch them. They messed up again on these sandwiches. Flooded them with tops soaked the bread so bad from jalapeños juice that it tasted disgusting. So over this subway to the point where I rather drive 40 mins 😒 to another subway than to bother with this local one. If you are hungry I wouldn't recommend buying from here. They do not treat the customers right and never make things right. And when they do they fire the ones capable of making a damn good sandwich 😂

Every time i seem to go inside to place my order the workers always got an attitude . Whenever i ask for extra stuff they didn’t put enough they act like it’s an issue . very unprofessional ! Do Not Recommend!

I am disappointed to report that my recent order, placed as a mobile order, was prepared incorrectly. Despite my husband going back once to retrieve the forgotten cookies, we discovered another mistake upon arriving home. The sauces that were supposed to be on the side were mistakenly added to our subs. While this may not seem like a significant issue, our attempts to rectify the situation were met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.When we called to address the issue, we were promptly hung up on and I received an unwelcome attitude. The staff informed me that the problem couldn't be fixed and suggested I reorder if I wanted to. Furthermore, I was told that the store was too busy to assist me at the time and to call back later. I sincerely hope that the phone call was recorded to ensure a fair assessment of the situation.In an effort to demonstrate my integrity and genuine desire to receive what I paid for, I attempted to return the sandwich. I want to emphasize that my intention was not to cheat the company; rather, I simply wanted to receive the correct order. Despite my previous visits to this restaurant in Vanceboro, where I have tried to give it multiple chances, this incident has been the final straw for me.Additionally, I have made the decision that I will not be patronizing the Vanceboro Subway branch again. It deeply disappoints me to have to share this negative experience with my fellow neighbors and visitors to Vanceboro.I hope that appropriate steps will be taken to address these concerns and improve the overall customer experience at the Vanceboro Subway location. If I could give this store a zero star rating, then I would definitely!

The app wouldn’t allow me to order saying no rotisserie chicken so I order in store and to my surprise it’s available. Then they stole from me. The total was $22.92, I get home and it’s $26. The damn subway charged me a tip without my consent. It didn’t even show up at the point of sale. A tip to make me 2 sandwiches. It’s your damn job. Theft without knowledge. Dam shameful.

Does not have the foot long cookie and sometimes they are out of some ingredients,but overall I enjoy going there. It is convenient.

Did an online order clocked out at work went to pick up order it wasn’t ready. Asked for a refund I was told to cancel on app, no option for that. They called Ken the boss I was told I had to wait until all other customers were waited on before I could get my order cancelled by them. There was no proof that they had cancelled and I could get my money back. And one of the girls had long hair and had no hat or hair net on. Service at this location just keeps getting worse and worse.

If you order from here do not plan on getting what you order. Placed an order for a single sub that was supposed to be toasted and they completely failed. Anything you order gets skimmed for meat. Just a pathetic excuse for a location.
