Little Caesars Pizza

I'm not sure if this lady is the manager but she said she has been there 15 years or longer. I don't think she likes her job. I have been there a few times and have encounters with her twice and this is my last time. I'd rather drive to Sanford. She never greets you and says your welcome or anything. she threw my food on the counter and I said thank you and she just walked away. I understand people have bad days but everytime we come in there and she is there? Do better!!!

I used to never have issues going to this Little Caesars, but in the past years, it has been pretty bad. I understand it is hard to get workers right now, but for the last 2 visits, my dough on my cheesy bread has been half raw. No one answers the phone when you call, and the customer service line is not open on the weekends. If you go here, make sure you check everything before you leave the store to avoid these issues. Wait times are usually 20 minutes more than estimated on app.

This was the worst ever the pizza was out on the counter instead of in the warmer and on top of that the food was old it was cold and hard we only live four minutes from the location and as soon as I got home I noticed how horrible the food was, they could barely find all of the food I order which was only three things that were scattered throughout the place and not in a warmer at all so they ran around looking for my order then gave me old cold food.

Hard to beat the value here.. although not sure why they stress using the app to order if they aren't going to get started cooking it when you click "place order". We've arrived up to 15 minutes post app orders just to find not only was our food not ready and waiting,out they hadn't even started making our pizzas yet. ??

Can't get orders right screwed up three times back to back

I ordered online for a pick up time of 6:18-6:23. I got there at 6:20 thinking it should be ready soon. I waited till 7:02 when it said my pizza was ready. But, instead of being able to use the pick up machine where you just put in the code, I had to wait in a long line of people ordering to get my food. So 1, if they are super busy, the pick up times should reflect that. 2, get the pick up machine fixed. I was in that parking lot nearly an hour with 3 kids in the car just for some little Caesar’s pizza.

I do not have a vehicle, so a friend picked up for me. They left out my dessert and dipping sauce. I've tried to call the store several times, but they have yet to answer. I would like the forgotten items refunded back to my card. Conf# 400
