Today as I went into subway the employee name Sarah and the other employee didn’t have a hat on was making subs in the middle of making my sub the employee answered her personal cell phone which is not appropriate for the food service industry also there were flies flying around and landing on all the food that was open. I do have a video of this not sure if I could post that here but if you like I would be willing to send it to management or owners if need be.

me and my partner just came in, we asked for 3 footings and as she was making them we noticed that her bracelet was dangling all over the sandwich. We told her that we didn’t want them anymore because of the bracelet rubbing on the sandwich and she just sat there and stared at us and then started telling her coworker in front of us " girl they really don’t want these subs all because my bracelet was touching it ". We are disgusted with how she treated us. Will not eat here ever again.

Everyone here except Alix has some dumb attitude and thinks they’re working some hard labor job out in the heat. YOU MAKE SANDWICHES. If I ask for something on my sandwich, PUT WHAT I WANT ON MY SANDWICH. My God it’s not rocket science.

I order online here a couple times a week and don't expect top notch service. My order is always the same, chicken,bacon and ranch with extra meat. No veggies or anything else, doesnt get much easier. Only recently, last few weeks or so they can't seem to just get it right. It's either something extra on the sandwich or not enough to where I'm taking bites of just bread when I paid for extra. Only recently this is happening too often. Also the toaster has been broke the last few times and apparently microwaving the sandwich to the point where the bread feels hard is an acceptable substitute

The employees at this establishment, are grossly underpaid, on a disgusting level, new ownership purchased this franchise, and laughed at the pay employees were receiving under previous ownership claiming it was basically "robbery compared to profits then stated they would not increase or change pay in any way, the employees here are mostly young and do the best they can to care, when knowing they could make more at literally any other business anywhere (except the Piggly Wiggly) the owner's should absolutely be ASHAMED OF themselves, the manager here Elizabeth busts her butt, and then some for franchise owners that are never visible or helpful in any way. Eat here, it's fine , but please just be aware that everyone here is grossly underpaid, and be kind to them,. But the owners of this location are not good people.

It's very small and limited room. Dead flies on the window sill beside the table. Only one person is making the sandwiches, making it too long to get the food.

The staff was joking around and playing while making the subs, one of the employees didn't wash his hands after smoking, tried calling the location for 20 minutes and no one would answer, the guy who was smoking cussed infront of the customers and didn't even apologize! I get it's a cheap place to get food but that doesn't mean it should have bad customer service!
