Service and food is always 100! Their grill is surprisingly the best thing here, as the pizzas and pasta are always fantastic. But the grilled chicken and salmon with any of their house made salads/dressings is full of flavor and always perfectly cooked.

Had my husband surprise birthday party family owned local restaurant. Managers were very accommodating, room rental and food very reasonably priced easily fit 50 people in a private room that was close to bar and restrooms. Had our own Staff that took care of us very well. Recommend Valenti's for lunch, dinner or an event. The garlic knots are the BEST!

Reading the reviews makes me think of "Kitchen Nightmares". The odd tastes, the bland flavors, the overcooked meat, the soggy noodles. And the one about the odd tasting chicken. Yeah, someone needs to call Gordon Ramsay! Unfortunately it's nothing like it was before. Every since the owner retired and gave it to his son and daughter in law it's been cutting corners! Last time I ordered takeout I ordered the lasagna. It was packaged in an aluminum pan that was twice it's size and came with an order of rubbery garlic bread. Of course I find this out AFTER I get home. I called to complain about, not only the size of the expensive lasagna but the bread. I was told that each piece (order) is precooked in a large pan, measured portions, per wrapped and reheated to order. They do not make their own noodles, they come in frozen packages and nothing about their sauce is homemade! We also ordered a calzone... It was huge, bigger than a plate. It was overcooked so much that it's stuffing cooked to the bottom of it. Lasagna $19.95 Calzone $10.40 Not worth the money and will never order from them again. Maybe the one in Sanford is managed better.

Iām a pretty picky Italian eater as Italian cuisine is my favorite and Iāve just eaten it for 50 years and I have to say this place is so genuinely delicious. Any plate you can think of. I am particularly fond of the bell pepper pasta and although I canāt remember the name of the side, it was so good. I absolutely licked the plate dry. Highly recommend mild weight at 5 oāclock during the week service donāt have to wear anything too fancy and cozy restaurant.
