When we walked in we were greeted and sat immediately, which is nice for our family of 6. We enjoyed the crab dip app so much! We love the flavorful bread served with the warm cheesy delicious crab dip. I ordered my favorite dish Chicken Penne, and we also got a pizza. The kids meals are great especially the make your own pizza for the little Bambinos. This spot is a great place to eat classic Italian dishes made fresh and have a glass of wine. We also got our deserts to go. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was laid back and inviting. I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area and in the mood for delicious Italian fare.

I have been going to Valentis for years. The food and service used to be good. It has gone down tremendously. I will order a pizza and do later pickup, it was always hot. This past Thursday I set the time to pickup for the same, it was ice cold. I thought maybe someone made a mistake then we took my mother-in-law there for her birthday on 2/3/24. There were 2 other tables with people. We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone got our drink order. It then took another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to take the order. We waited another 1/2 hour for our food then when we got it mine and my husbands meatball parm was cold. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law bother ordered lasagna. When it came out I said oh good they have a lunch portion. It was a little square once again cold. My elderly mother-in-law finished her whole plate because it was so small. We get the bill and that little sliver of lasagna was $19.95. It wasn’t even worth $10. We will not be going back. Very disappointed because this was our local go to.Parking: That’s about the best thing any more
I didn’t even want to give it one star, but I had to. This restaurant (by far) has the most unprofessional people working there. The management is horrible. My food made me sick. This is the only bad review I have ever put on Google, so you know that my experience was terrible!

Brought a local guest here for the first time to eat dinner. The atmosphere was comfortable, the waiter was attentive and helpful. The food was okay. I ordered a noodle dish with wine and added chicken. It was the chicken that kept throwing me off; instead of being cooked fresh it tasted like it had marinated too long. It wasn't as tender as it could have been and had a tangy aftertaste. My guest enjoyed their eggplant dinner. We plan on returning but want to order something different.

Purchased a to-go order yesterday and they added themselves a $10 tip to my $51 dollar order. Granted didn’t cross out any empty spaces, though I never felt like I needed too. First time I’ve ever had a bad experience in the 15+ years I’ve been visiting this restaurant.
