We don't know how the food was because we drove away after being the second car in line and waiting more than 15 minutes to get our food after we ordered. How long can it possibly take to prepare a few chicken fingers? Nightmare experience. Others in line drove off too. Please go to Chik-fil-a school and learn how to run a business!

Waited an unusually long time in drive thru for no one to come, went inside. Ordered a 12 piece family dinnerā¦ was charged for a family dinnerā¦ ordered mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and Mac and cheese. They were out of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese, then chose rice and pintos, they were out of that as well. And we only received 8 pieces of chicken and 4 buscuits after all the switching of the fixings. Then they have the nerve to ask me to come back for them to correct it instead of allowing me to pick it up at my convenience.. then the manager hung up on meā¦ very poor customer service. Their mistake but Iām supposed to go out of my way to fix it!!!

I ordered the 5 tender meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw. The slaw could really use more inside the little bowl. It wasn't even half full!!!! And a biscuit. I ordered apple cranberry lemonade. It was so good!

The place honestly sucks, the foods usually cold, they always say āweāre out of Cajun filetsā which doesnāt make any sense, thatās kinda the main thing at bojangles. Not to mention the workers are pretty rude majority of the time
