Please give us the choice to put a zero and I surely would. There clothes were dirty and the were not professional at all food was cold in the a.m. that's ridiculous. The manager was dirty and obnoxious they get a zero.

THIS, is what I expect from ALL locations , when I order a biscuit from Bojangles! The biscuit was hot and fluffy, the chicken was hot, flaky and juicy. Good employees starts with good management, and perhaps I jist had perfect timing, but the employees here were paying attention during quality class!

I had the best Bojangles meal that I've had in a very long time. They were fast enough considering how busy they were. The workers were nice and polite. My sandwich was hot and fresh, as well as the seasoned fries. I regret that I forgot to mention this to the workers.

Painfully slow morning service, waited 10 minutes for 3 Supremes and didn't even have the decency to throw in an extra free supreme as a courtesy.

This location runs like a well-oiled machine. The parking lot was full of cars but there was no line of patrons waiting, everyone was seated. The drive through was busy but the restaurant never wrapped the building. This crew works well together and efficiently.
Our biscuits were hot and fresh. It is evident that quality and service are paramount to the manager as well as staff.
Wish the new breakfast burrito was offered with chicken for non-pork eaters. It cannot be substituted.
This Bojangles,in Biscoe NC never has enough food, they run out at the worst times, the weekends are usually when the Bojangles runs out, I'm not sure about thru the week...but every time that I have went on the weekends with people to pick up boxes for individual people,purchase food for myself or rode with people to get Family Size boxes...they're always short.Maybe the manager could re-evaluate the process and keep the food coming, some of the workers are friendly, but they appear to be tired from the customer flow, just (2)weekends ago, I was there, and it was a long wait for chicken.

The sorriest Bojangles ever . I live 6 miles from this place. My wife went and got take out. The chicken was cooked to a crisp. Dry and no flavor. The rice was runny and biscuits were hard. Just close the doors if you cnt do any better.

Food was not fresh. Fries not hot. Biscuits not fresh. Did not get a biscuit with a combo, but admit the stripe combo substitutions were probably confusing to her. Did not want guess, subbed mashed potatoes and slaw for fries. Got no Biscuits and no dipping sauce.

This store manager had made a new rule that if you need any extra honey mustard or any extra sauce you have to return to the back of the line to order... it's the dumbest nonsense I've ever experienced and she needs to be replaced by a more customer friendly professional and let out of her misery that she is experiencing as a store manager
