Someone forgot to season their chicken. First time I've ever not tasted my chicken. Cashier was nice but a bit deaf. Had to go back to pay for my drink. I didn't realize I hadn't been handed my cup.
THIS, is what I expect from ALL locations , when I order a biscuit from Bojangles! The biscuit was hot and fluffy, the chicken was hot, flaky and juicy. Good employees starts with good management, and perhaps I jist had perfect timing, but the employees here were paying attention during quality class!
I had the best Bojangles meal that I've had in a very long time. They were fast enough considering how busy they were. The workers were nice and polite. My sandwich was hot and fresh, as well as the seasoned fries. I regret that I forgot to mention this to the workers.
