It was good for the first year or two, but now it's not. Very unsanitary behind the counter and the donuts are stale. For the modern day cost... I'll just on driving by.

stopped here on a roadtrip, saw the wrong order on the screen and politely clarified we may be asking for a different item. the girl didn't respond, so I repeated myself, earning a snapping response. paid $20 and ended up leaving with drinks with no flavor, and completely made wrong. definitely disappointed and confused as someone who works customer service myself. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money here.

*1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Service*
My experience at the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru was appalling. I specifically ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream, but the incompetent staff member got it horribly wrong and handed me a coffee instead. The level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail is staggering.
Given the importance of getting orders right, especially in a fast-food setting, this mistake is inexcusable. The fact that I was left with no choice but to drive back and exchange it or waste my time and money is ridiculous.
Needless to say, I will be warning friends and family about the subpar service at this location. Until they revamp their training and quality control, I'll be avoiding this Dunkin' Donuts at all costs.

Can’t get ANYTHING right !!! Sad . Then they’ll argue you up and down about them being wrong. This is why wadesboro will never have a Starbucks. Terrible customer service. Just terrible . I got fussed at because they messed up my breakfast sandwich. I mean if I say white cheese that’s what I mean !!! NEVER AGAIN. That cook that’s always here is the worst . He needs to find a new job if he’s going to have an attitude because he can’t understand how to make a damn sandwich. Do better management!!

Went to get an iced coffee and this is what the lady at the counter handed me. Not only was she rude, she gave me iced milk instead of iced coffee. Do better.
