Never got a chance to try the food but the restrooms were horrible, my wife said the ladies restroom toilets were overflowing and nasty, when she informed the ladies at the counter nobody seemed to care, now mind you as we were walking in a worker was leaving out of the ladies bathroom....... to add to it , there was no tissue in the men's bathroom..... so we just left, didn't care to chance anything else.

Worse meal ever,I just should have thrown my $ in the trash,chicken like it’s half cooked, look like someone was playing with the chicken skin on one side look like raw batter,no customer service,girl at the register just stare,I should have known better because of the location

Went through driverhru... no cars at window, one car pulled in a waiting spot. Had to pull in a waiting area to get my food. 8 minutes later. Did not see anyone inside. Will be sure to not stop again when I'm going through this town.

June 14 2024 about 4 pm on Thursday I wanted the 4 piece meal with 2 sides and 2 biscuits. Biscuits burnt left from lunch hard .a a rock could not eat. I asked for crispy chicken. There answer we ain't got none except 3 chicken breast I think they got them out the garbage the crispy was falling off and greasy. Yuk! I got 1 original chicken leg It was like drinking solid oil one bite threw it out the window. Maybe you can get good food at 10:30 am after noon it's like greasy nasty opossum. I threw the entire 12 dollar meal in the garbage. What a waste of my time and my money. I never did see the receipt. They don't ask you if you need sauce or forks. Last time the girl at the window acted like no manners no smile nothing. They don't say thank you or nothing. I grade them a zero for not asking me to come in get a drink or whatever till they could make what I asked for.

Came here on 04/06/2024, I don’t eat KFC often. My wife is pregnant and she was craving some so I ordered a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and some Mac and Cheese. I waited almost 30 minutes after coming thru the drive thru. Several people got their orders before me. After about 15 minutes, I went into the store and waited. They kept telling me it was about to come out. During this time, I saw several customers having to ask for things such as forks, napkins, sauce, etc. stuff they should already get. Furthermore, there was a young gentleman stating that he was ready to go home and I saw him scooping mashed potatoes while on his phone, not washing his hands, then scooping Cole slaw. I worked in the fast food service about 10 years ago as a teenager, we were taught to wash our hands every time we did a task that wasn’t food serving. Being on the phone while scooping food is unhygienic. You can see in the picture the phone in his right hand as he was putting it back in his pocket.Anyways, after about 10 more mins, I was told that the reason my order was taking so long is because I ordered extra crispy. I was pretty upset, they knew I had been waiting there on my order and didn’t tell me this until the food was nearly done. I left an email with KFC stating I was dissatisfied. They told me they would reach out in 48 hours. They reached out on 04/16 (10 days later) wanting the order information.The food quality was typical KFC, it was still hot even after getting gas and then driving 10 minutes home.Overall, it’s a fast food place ran by a bunch of teenagers who really do not care. Service might be better than mine, it might be worse. This was just my experience.
