Go at your own risk several people’s orders in front of me were wrong after placing my order an waiting for 28 minutes I was asked if I had already ordered I said yes 28 minutes ago I was asked what was my order I said a 3 piece wing dinner an then was told oh we don’t have any wings plus the entire restaurant was filthy as you can see in some of the photos

Food was hot and fresh. We sat down in the lobby to eat because we were exhausted from traveling. I'm giving 3 stars because the drink area was wet and nasty and we had to clean our own table.

The lady that was waiting on customers at the drive through window was using a Vape Pipe. I went through the drive through and she was using the pipe when I drove up to the window

So I placed a online order and I had called and let them know that I didn’t want wings with the variety bucket . The lady seemed annoyed cause I explained that when you do an order online I wish there was an option to what kinda chicken pieces you wanted for example legs, breast , or wings but no you only get the option for original or crispy . So I called back up there to let someone know that I had asked for extra legs instead of wings and I got the complete opposite. I also got over charged for honey mustard it was for 7 honey mustard but only got five .

I got the famous bowl it lacked a lot of seasoning goes no salt anywhere I wish I'd asked for some but usually it's salty and tasty the chicken nuggets in it kind of well done. The Cherry poppers OMG fluffy flaky just very tasty
I previously gave this place 3 stars, but my latest experience was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was hot and delicious. I ordered a to-go meal with specific requests, which were accurately fulfilled. The meal was one of the best I've had, and the great service made for a peaceful dinner with my family. I highly recommend this place.

We ordered through the app one night around 7:30 and we were definitely not satisfied!!! The chicken tenders were burnt almost to a crisp, cole slaw was dry, fries were cold, they didn't give us anything to eat with, and they forgot our drinks. We had ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders meal and a 12 piece chicken nugget meal and guess what? No sauce to the first!!!! SMH just wanted us to eat them dry I guess. Seems like they are getting worse and worse! I don't recommend them at all!!!!

Never got a chance to try the food but the restrooms were horrible, my wife said the ladies restroom toilets were overflowing and nasty, when she informed the ladies at the counter nobody seemed to care, now mind you as we were walking in a worker was leaving out of the ladies bathroom....... to add to it , there was no tissue in the men's bathroom..... so we just left, didn't care to chance anything else.
