This location constantly sets the bar low. Quick order (2 items) and the wait was 15 minutes. While I was waiting 4 people came in from the drive through where they were waiting and never got their food. 2 people inside asked for refunds because of the time. This is the normal for this location. Management really needs to look into what happens here.

It’s widely suspected that when a store or restaurant claims, “we’re out of that,” it doesn’t always mean they truly are. Sometimes it’s likely that the staff might just prefer not to prepare it. This suspicion was confirmed for me at the Wadesboro McDonald’s this morning. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and a small caramel macchiato through their app. When an employee brought my order to the car, I received only the biscuit and was told they were out of ingredients for the macchiato, offering me a regular coffee as a replacement. After some discussion, I agreed to take the coffee, but I also asked for a $2 refund to account for the price difference.

The employee returned inside, and after ten minutes came back with a small macchiato. I asked why I’d been told multiple times that they couldn’t make it, only for it to suddenly appear. She admitted they initially said they were out of ingredients because they didn’t know how to make it. This was upsetting because I value professional integrity, and the only reason they ultimately made the drink was my request for the refund. After a 30-minute wait at curbside, all I got was a sense of being misled.

Traveling out of town and made a stop thru the drive-thru. My order was wrong so I ended up having to go back and inside. I was explaining to the cashier that I had a side of bacon missing. She went to the back to tell the manager. the manager immediately rounded the corner with the look that wasn't very friendly at all. I've never in my life been talked to so rudely as I was by the manager "Lois". I tried to explain to her that I was missing a side of bacon and she said I wasn't. First of all I wasn't trying to get Free food and you could tell she stereotyped me as that kind of person. She said if I wanted more bacon I had to pay and wouldn't let me explain. She embarrassed me very badly in the customers waiting inline. It was 9 AM on a Saturday morning and I can understand why the place was pretty much empty. This lady doesn't give a flip about any customers. She is so rude and hateful. I don't ever plan to stop in here again. There is a bojangles next door which friends went to and it was the complete opposite of this. During these hard times you would think customers would be more valuable to a business. I was shocked at how badly and rudly anyone in management could be.

Men’s room disgusting! I had to straddle a puddle of urine in order to use the urinal. Neither of the air dryers was working. It was sad, cut almost comical, watching one guy after another come out with their wet hands raised and having to ask the cashier for napkins. When I raised my concerns about the condition of the men’s room? No response!
