Ordered a brownie and it was not hot . I continued to eat some more it just wasn’t hot enough to come fresh out a hot oven. I’ve worked there before so I know when an order is rushed through the oven and I believe due to closing time being near. I called to let the manager know it was not hot and she said it came out the oven when I pulled up which I watched her grab it out the bag. She definitely lied and I’m not happy about no pre warmed brownie. Stop being lazy when people pay money for there food ! And tired of the old dough ☹️

Pretty impressed this visit. I used to frequent there quite a bit when I lived in the area. Their service and attitudes were terrible.
This time the staff was friendly and engaging. They even informed me of purchasing a large for the save price as a medium. ??. It was prepared in a timely manner and was hot and fresh when picked up!

I was traveling for 4th of July vacation and visit a relative in the area. While traveling back home I stopped by and bought a salad to eat with chicken I bought from another restaurant. Due to travel home I decided to eat my salad and chicken inside because I wasn't formiliar with the area to find a decent place to eat my meal. Although I intentionally purchased a salad at this pizza hut to go with my meal. I was told later that I couldn't eat outside food in there although I purchased a food item there. The salad wasn't as fresh. Service was okay, but I won't be stopping by again. I think restaurant owners should have an exception when guest purchased food at there restaurant. I didn't see that there could really have been a problem due to the fact that they weren't that busy I could have been the only customer there at the time.

The ABSOLUTE worst Pizza Hut I've ever eaten from. I gave it a few tries. The first was edible. the second time, it took an hour and a half to get the pizza, wasn't worth the wait, nor did I get any compensation for the delivery after having to call at least four times to check on it. The last time was absolutely the worst pizza I've ever eaten.

Usually food is good but this time my pizza was undercooked. Tasted like they cooked it for mabye 1 minute. This is unacceptable! Hoping I don't get sick, I had to put it back in my oven at home smh

Will probably be my last time ordering from them. I'm not sure who the delivery person was but they might need to find another hobby. I instructed it be contactless delivery, most places seal there boxes.. It was not sealed, I also instructed to ring my door bell.. it was not rung..but guess what was gone.. tip I left. Never again
