Service was very fast, people were friendly, chicken strips needed a little more flavor, and it was definitely better than the Popeyes that was in Monroe, NC. Next trip I'm going to try the spicy.

Worst fast food restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Customer service was awful. Packets of ketchup were all but thrown at me on my dining room plate. Was told they couldn’t fix a number 3 but would put chicken tenders on the sandwich. I said ok. Waited 15 more minutes. Asked for a refund. Manager was also ugly. This is my first and last time eating at a Popeyes!!!

Nobody greets you when you come in. Always out of 1 thing or another. Systems is always down. Drove 30 minutes to come eat, and couldn't. Close down already. Can't rate the food because we couldn't eat. If I want Popeyes, I gotta go to Indian Trail.

The food was great! Hot and fresh! And I'm in love ? with their biscuits ?! They were short staffed but you couldn't tell the difference in service! The only reason we knew they were short staffed was because the manager was packing the food and the drive thru cashier was taking orders for the drive thru as well as the front counter! Even with all this they were friendly, the food was hot, and the facility was clean! A lot of other places could learn from them! I will definitely be going back again!Vegetarian options: On the menu I saw they offered things other than meat like Mac n cheese, potatoes, fries,biscuits,etc. I'm sure if you're hungry enough anyone can find something to eat here.Parking: Parking was easy right near the door.

Providing this rating breaks my heart. I love this franchise and the items offered on the menu. Unfortunately, this location does not live up to the brand promise. Undercooked food, incorrect food order provided in the to-go drive thru, and missing items like ordering red beans and rice and getting no spoon. I still stop here weekly hoping for a better experience but I have not been successful.

Chicken has HUGE feathers, but was hot. Strawberry biscuit was a hockey puck. Fries were good and hot. Lemonade was a watered down mess. Drive thru window was filthy. Cashier was lackluster and lackadaisal.

I have never been in a Popeyes so dirty as this one. The eating area was dirty, the counter was dirty, and everywhere I looked was dirty. Also, the bathroom also. Was nasty no toilet paper. They need to do better. Never come back again.
