I waited at a screen for about 10 minutes - a man then said “can you pull around to the drive thru?” So I did. Ordering at the speaker wasn’t great. The person took forever to take my 3 items. There were three cars in front of us at the window. We waited another 10+ minutes for our food - my double cheeseburger was basically room temp, my mozz sticks came with ranch instead of marinara - I was able to exchange. No napkins in my bag either. Absolutely ridiculous I had to wait so long for nearly cold food. My daughter says her hot dog was fine. I understand it’s busy and lunch time - but if you are gonna make people wait, at least make sure the food is made well and fresh with the correct items in the bag. My burger patties had clearly been off a griddle for quite some time…dried out and cold.

My experience was horrible.
It started with ordering a large chocolate penute butter milkshake.
That's it.
I told here 4four times.
Out comes the order a vanilla milkshake with peanut butter.
If that what they thought, how many Reese peanut butter is made with vanilla?
So I sent it back.
Out comes the order again.
They put chocolate syrup in it and mixed it up.
I left.
They gave me a soda straw and not a shack straw.
So I am driving down the road drinking it.
Half way through there's vanilla ice cream again.
They did not even mixed it all the way , plus no peanut butter half way through.

$8 and a lousey milkshake.
Maybe they were playing games with the new girl at my expense.

Please call wilmington store next time and ask them how to make one.

You have a great location next to the cheapest gas on 74.
It will not last long with the service you give.

Last time I was here I gave a one I was disappointed, tonight I was upset once again but I stopped for a second and just watched and listened and there were only 3 kids inside this store . They couldn't do all the stalls so nicely they said drive thru only , taking order , making food fresh and shakes/drinks . It may have taken a little longer tonight but those 3 working tonight had a great attitude they worked together and made a reasonable decision in running the drive thru the way they did. I've been an assistant manager at other restaurants and I was impressed tonight with them . I will definitely be back .

I wish I had gotten a picture of the corn dog I received and it was burnt and not edible. I had never had a burnt corn dog from here before it's ridiculous.

Never got to order after waiting over five minutes before asked for order but the person just went away. Pushed button again waited couple more minutes before going next door to Taco Bell.

I was skeptical about coming to this sonic because of the low google rating but I had a good experience. My order was taken quickly and correctly, the women who brought my food out was pleasant, the only thing that wasn’t great was the French fries.

The place is run by incompetent employees who are rude to customers..40 minutes in the drive thru and was told there was no ice for drinks , then gave us the wrong order..and what was in the bag was just thrown in there..the sandwiches were not even made..just thrown in the bag..never again will I go there..and when I complained the manager said...the office number is on the receipt..

25 minutes to get a shake to go. Just a shake......
After getting it it was bad also. Took a zip and threw it all out. Waste of almost 6 bucks. Did not even bother asking for my money back. Not like I would get it back since I'm out of state. Just don't stop here keep going. Or just go to the tacobell instead.
