I stopped by after work to pick up a sandwich and tried to use Apple Pay. It wouldn’t work on their receiver and the young man helping me asked if he could take my leather Aignier phone case off to try. I told him ok but don’t forget to give it back to me. Well, things got busy and I.got distracted and left w/o the phone cover which was a lovely gift from a very dear friend. I go back after trying to call repeatedly only getting a busy signal. The Spanish lady who owns the franchise tells me”I’m sorry Ms. I threw that away”. I was Furious! In my heart I believe she threw it directly on her phone and is using it! Nobody with any sense would’ve thrown that cover away!!!! Won’t be supporting this location ever again.
Super clean, very friendly and hard working staff that were helpful, quick and smiled. Every single person on staff when I visited (and I hope corporate sees this-check your staffing schedule for 6:15ish pm on April 18, 2005. Two lovely young men and three lovely young women. They deserve raises. Of course I tipped them but come on, please pay these honest, hard working people a real living wage with healthcare. And I’m not just talking subway-it’s a systemic issue in the USA. Be the change you want to be! Thanks guys for the fresh meal and smiles. Appreciate each of you.
I had a very pleasant experience with my server. She was nice! The place was absolutely beautiful! Everything was so shiny and clear! I will absolutely be back!!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to!! I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back cause neither time did they have bread!!! I spent $65 in one day there and have to wait to get my money back
The young lady who helped me was polite, the Spanish lady “Manager” was rude, I could have spoken in Spanish but chose not to. I’ve gotten the turkey based cold cut trio there before, now they do t have it all subways have it! Paid almost $13 for stake and pepper sub and there was barely any meat on it. Never again.

The Hispanic lay will ring you up and charge you for the wrong wrap. She will then pressure everyone to tip like they’re bartenders.

Me and my husband just did a door dash and they made our subs a complete mess.Things that we wanted was not even on our subs no cheese mayonnaise and other items.Things was on the sub that we did not even order are eat.Maybe they did a rush job because it was 30 minutes before closing.We called back and tried to talk to the son that work there he called us lies multiple times saying they people call up there and Lie all the time like really we spent our money and wanted the correct food.He continue calling us a lie saying he made our subs correct when he did not,He insisted that is was nothing he was going to do for us he carried on by saying it’s nothing I can do for yall have a good night and hung up the phone.I had stop going up there because of they poor customers service and the way they talk and treat there customers.It will most definitely be another year before we go spend another dime in there‼️‼️‼️‼️

They say they open at 8:00 am..called at 8:15 am to make sure they are open, store looks closed, they answered and said it’ll be 30 mins…I DONT HAVE 30mins to sit and wait, I’ll go somewhere else!!
Asked for water with my sandwich and was told they only had bottled water. Ok. Was charged 2.79 for that small bottle of water. WOW. The store was messy with tables cleaned and trash on the floor. Not very friendly staff either. Two ladies there did not acknowledge me or ask to take my order.

Very rude I called for help they kept hanging up on me because she had a language barrier and couldn't understand me . I get to the store and no one is in the store like she said she was busy and the manager wasn't there when I got there the manager was there with a little 3-5 yo little girl her daughter in the store with them so that's why they couldn't help me . She didn't listen when I asked for it to be toasted twice due to medical reasons I had to repeat and it was more in store than it was online I was just very disappointed to spend 30 and not get what I wanted and to have such bad service calling

I never experienced such an awful costumer service. Me and my wife came in and said "hi", the lady looked at us and didn't say anything. While choosing from the options no words as well and she looked very irritated. This is not the way you treat people. The food was ok but the lady who served us definitely made us to never come back.

What kind of public restaurant closes the restrooms hours before they close? We were on the road for hours and looked forward to stopped here to rest.The restrooms worked they said “they close them at a certain time.”I call that lazy. Part of working in a public restaurant is cleaning the restrooms and they are required to remain open until closing time unless there is something wrong with them.Subway has really gone so far downhill the last several years.

The order taker was unfamiliar with the menu. For the first time in 10 years ordering a subway sandwich I've never been so disappointed. I ordered a steak sub with everything and I received a cucumber, lettuce and olive hero with toilet tissue thin specks of steak and no jalapenos. Wow! In addition to $13.00 for a subway hero, on oat wheat toasted bread, (not) bread was neither fresh, nor toasted! Never again will SUBWAY get anything from me but sharing of this experience with ALL and ANYONE who I can warn of " Don't believe the commercials". While speaking to the manager, "Ellie", another male was on the line and stated he was also a manager and asked if I had a receipt, I said yes, gave him receipt no. and told him I left 45 minutes ago. He then said he couldn't identify the receipt no. I asked him for his name and he stated he was not "Allowed" to give me his name. Subway Wadesboro NC franchise is the worst I've ever seen.
