Get rid of the kiosks and bring back customer service!

The cook who messed up my order had a nasty attitude with my wife in person for getting my order wrong and being asked to make it again. So she put the old tacos back in the bag with a little cup of half of what was missing and lied saying she remade them. When I called and asked her about it she said she made them right and then I said why is there extra stuff and she couldn’t answer. She got a very nasty attitude with me and insulted me because she couldn’t do her simple minimum wage job right. This Taco Bell sucks and it’s embarrassing that a grown woman would suck this much at a job and complain when she messes up something and has to do her job.

If I could rate five negative zero I would. Absolutely piss poor service. I have been waiting for 20-30 minutes. Only 2 people supposedly working in the back. Wadesboro is horrible.

This is one of the worst fast food places I've been to the service is always trash. The staffs tone always feel like you're being an inconvenience at the drive thru. Then instead of giving you your food at the window they always make you drive to the front and wait there for the food. I'm finally writing this review because the staff was exceptionally short and they forgot too many parts of the order and one item was so cold it was like it was sitting on the counter ten mins before it was handed to me. Even for a fast food joint it just baffles me how little they seem to care about the job.
On a trip, I went in to grab a quick snack and get back on the trip. Several people were waiting on services and no employee came to the counter for 10 minutes. I and others left dissatisfied. I advise to never stop at that place. I mean Taco Bell is what it is but darn.

Understaffed but happy workers did their best to take care of everyone. Food was as expected but the service despite being up to their eyeballs in folks was friendly and as quick as they could manage.
