I never in my whole life had to wait so long for my food with only a hand full of couples. I told the manager the same thing, I will never go back again. Line's at the beach don't even take that long. It was like a hour for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich hash browns and cheese grits my lord. It's needing a upgrade inside for sure in dinning and management

Rekindling The Fire
Normally, I would do give a 5 stars but tonight was Different. The waffle house was not busy on Sunday September 8th at 9:00 only a couple of patrons in the two booths from where I was sitting. They finally came over and took our order after 5 minutes of being there. I ran out of tea and the waitress has seen it a couple of times and still didn't refill the tea. Then another waitress dropped the bill at our table and never refilled our drink. My friend and I couldn't believe it. Been here several times and I don't know if I will be back anytime soon.

Waffle house is always a treat for us. The customer service is always top-notch. The employees are always friendly and bubbly. We enjoy the smiles and interaction with staff (especially in our hometown of Wadesboro, NC).
