This place is a dump! The staff are rude and slow! Over 7 people working and it took 20 minutes for our order... that came out wrong. Girl at the counter opened my burger, touched it, then tried giving it back!

6 o'clock on a Sunday & no one on the register. No one acknowledging customers waiting in line to place an order. 4 people waiting on food & 5 others haven't placed their orders. I was in the dead middle of all of that. Fyi: family sitting in dining room waiting on food now for over 10 mins.

Not to mention their sign would give anyone a a seizure.

This is so sad that I'm sitting in drive thru line over 15min waiting on food line all the way out to the road then I get my food and my order was wrong they need to let all the manager go because they not doing a good job especially they white guy that drive the mustang he just don't care

I want to give a 5-Star shout out to LarShanell for her great job tonight. She was level headed, kind, and authoritative. I watched her handle three different customers, two of them were not able to have their order filled the way they ordered it because of the items not being available. Because of the way she carried herself and handled the situation, no one was angry or upset. If you are looking for a new manager for Wendy's, she's your girl. I predict a revenue increase if you give her more authority.

Out of potatoes, fries and Diet Coke. No health rating posted anywhere. Ordered chicken sandwich and it was much smaller than the picture and mediocre at best.

Spent $18 for a salad, chicken sandwich and a fry, the fries were ice cold, and soggy.
I thought I had purchased an adult sandwich but after receiving it I thought it was a kids sandwich, that will be my last time visiting that restaurant.
For future references just remember portions have been cut prices have been raised.
And they don’t sell beef anymore.

I went in to use the bathroom before going through the drive through (my dog was in the car, couldn’t leave her for long) and there was an employee in one of the stalls. When she left the stall she walked straight out of the bathroom without washing her hands. She had a headset on so I assume she was working the drive through which meant she would handle my food. Disgusting. I left and went to Burger King.
