I stop at this Wendy's about twice a week. Most of the times, the Frosties are out, no strawberry or chocolate. Tonight, there was no lemonade or Frosties. Last week there was no Apple Chicken Salad. They only had vanilla Frosties.. This is a norm for this Wendy's. I eat a Wendy's often and this is the only store which seems to be out of one or more items every time I stop there. HELP!

Food be good sometimes but the workers tend to have attitudes mainly the workers on 2nd shift it's like they don't like their job and they don't want to do it but they need to learn that the customer is right

All drive through orders are automatically SUPER SiZED at this location.
Unless the customer requests regular size order. Such a creative
way to increase your bottom line. Really Wendy’s Owners!!!
The young lady at the drive through window told me every drive through order is automatically up charged unless customer request regular size order. She told me everyone that lives in Wadesboro is aware of this increase my bottom line method used by this Wendy’s Restuarant.
The meat in my order was not throughly cooked.

Went thru drive thru, questioned order when I paid to be sure it was correct, drove home and ended up with an incorrect order. I’m 30 minutes away so I placed a phone call to restaurant and when I questioned the worker she hung up on me. What is so hard to fix an order correctly and fill it.

The order taker went missing. Finally showed back up. Was out of tea. Restroom needed some attention. Asked for a lettuce bun and get shredded lettuce. Burger was good.

Front cashier women was very prompt and professional. Greeted me within a reasonable time frame.
The complaint and this is the only complaint, which is with the 2nd shift leader. This would either be a manager for this shift or just a leader. Either way they lack the moral compass and skills to be in a leadership role. This “entitled- ALL ABOUT ME” aura is nothing short of an embarrassment to such a large Fortune 500 company that holds a IPO. With so many good people looking for a job. This one forgot that having a job is not a right but a Privilege.
To close this review. I will not go into the events that took place. Corporate was immediately contacted and have worked swiftly to remove the dead weight. Everyone I was in contact other that “Queen Bee” was delightful.
