I want to give a 5-Star shout out to LarShanell for her great job tonight. She was level headed, kind, and authoritative. I watched her handle three different customers, two of them were not able to have their order filled the way they ordered it because of the items not being available. Because of the way she carried herself and handled the situation, no one was angry or upset. If you are looking for a new manager for Wendy's, she's your girl. I predict a revenue increase...
I ordered a sandwich and some water. You would think I asked for her first born child by her poor attitude. Service here has not changed much from what I saw today. Food was good. Bathroom was not very clean and the paper towel dispenser was out with a roll of towels sitting on top of it. Would not recommend this location.
They take their time taking your order, i’ve waited 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker on multiple occasions. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what. Food quality is usually average for a Wendy’s, so there’s that.
