I paid $12 for four piece Supremes with fries and tea in the drive-through and the fries were old, soggy, and barely seasoned. It’s always hit or miss with the fries. They can be really good or they can be really bad. This time, they were really bad. If somebody in your drive-through is paying $12 to get four piece Supremes with fries and tea, you should make sure they have good fries and not old fries. It’s not that hard.

The service was fine, but the food was awful! The chicken was tasteless, a dry biscuit and the rice wasnt edible. I was so disappointed because I love Bojangles. The items they gave me obviously werent fresh, they were just keeping it warm.
