I recently had the pleasure of eating at El Taco Gordo in the Fountain Valley. I ordered the Chile Verde plate. my meal was very good but for someone who has to watch their salt intake, the meal was extremely salty. hopefully this isn't something that happens with every meal. I'd rather salt my own food. I would recommend the restaurant tho, the food was good and it was brought to me quickly.
