I ordered the Chile Verde plate. my meal was very good but for someone who has to watch their salt intake, the meal was extremely salty. hopefully this isn't something that happens with every meal. “This food truck blew me away. The lady running it, who I think was also the owner, was so warm, kind and friendly. The food was OUTSTANDING. Best Bierra tacos I've ever had. The broth was delicious. I could have drank it. She gave a generous amount too. I also had a burrito with Chorizo. She made sure she made it in a way I would like it, offering to add avocados to it which I love. When my girlfriend said I liked my food spicy the worker/owner brightened up and immediately offered to include a red sauce which was legitimately spicy as promised. I loved it. The burrito was delicious. I also had a cantaloupe Agua Fresca that was fresh, refreshing and delicious! It was also in a HUGE cup so I got my money's worth. Highly recommended!
