Beto El Poblano is a hidden gem with delicious, authentic food. The El Pastor quesadillas, breaded chicken breast Totas, birra tacos, and gorditas are all amazing choices. The mole chicken enchiladas are a must-try, with a perfectly cooked mole sauce. While the shrimp tacos were a hit, the beef tongue taco fell short, but the staff quickly rectified the mistake. The restaurant's atmosphere is a bit strange, with few customers and no alcohol served yet. Despite this, the food is excellent, and the service is good. Beto El Poblano has the potential to be an incredible restaurant with a killer bar, but currently falls short of that mark.
