$4 for onion rings and severely undercooked. Stop hiring people that don't care... Lost my business.

We waited 15 minutes and no one took an order. There were 8 people in line and drive thru was full. We were told that the staff wasn’t allowed to take any walk in orders by their manager.
Note: 4 people working and 2 employees sitting in lobby. Plus, 6 customers walked out. No one did the employees make eye contact or knowledge anyone until spoken to after waiting 10 minutes

The most sorriest Burger King I’ve ever consumed. I ordered 2 orders of French toast sticks, one with a drink. A breakfast sandwich combo with hashbrowns. We didn’t receive any syrup for the French toast, no ketchup or condiment for hashbrowns after specifically asking, and for the straws we got little cute coffee stirrers that is shorter than the cup itself. What a SHAME! I will never be back to the location.

Poor customer service will not be doing business here again. Over heard 2 employees making talking about another customer who happens to be my sister saying they didn't know if she was a male or female along with other nasty comments and it when it came to getting her food they didn't want to give her ketchup for her food and put it in a bag even though she said it was for here.
We have been eating breakfast at this Burger King for more than three years. The food has consistently been good and is always hot. The restaurant is very clean and the management is courteous and helpful. We enjoy dining here and give the store high marks.

This is the BK grandparents always took the kids to eat and play. Now many many years later the grandparents love the dbl cheeseburger here and it brings back memories for them.
