The food is slightly above average. The robot that delivers the food is cool. The service is not great. Pack em' in, get the food out, and then ignore them so they leave quickly appears to the business plan here. If you have an issue with your food/service, good luck with that. I was hung-up on by the manager and had to go have the charges reversed through my bank. Other reviews appear to have the similar theme.
Our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area ! The food and service are always consistent and I would give it 5 stars if their portions on some items would be the same as when I start coming a few years ago. The taco salad has shrunk significantly but still the same price with barely any meat and tons of lettuce as a filler. The fajitas are great but again the amount of protein has changed a bit. Coming from California, good Mexican food is tough to find in NC. My family has tried tons of Mexican restaurants in the area but we always come back to Tlaquepaque.
