Horrible experience tonight after ordering a takeout order online. Waited over thirty minutes after promised time and was told several times that my order was coming. Eventually was told that it had never gone through. They wouldn’t refund me and told me a manager wasn’t available to help. The man “helping” was incredibly rude, argumentative, and condescending.
