The only reason I've returned to Chili's lately is because of the viral nashville hot mozzarella. Both times I placed the order in the app to pickup. It sucks how they've done away with curbside, that was always nice. The text instructions specifically say to stay in your car until you get the text that it's ready, then you can go inside and get your food.
