I've been coming to this location since before the Pandemic. I live in Raleigh but a friend and co-worker at that time lived in Wake Forest and was a Wisconsin native. A simple conversation about cheese curds and a trip here is what initially got me hooked. Excellent menu slection, great staff, and codfish dinner brings me back weekly from Raleigh. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu and their custard is delicious. Happy to say I was made a VIP member years ago...

I prefer restaurants when I don't have to stand in line to give my order. Prefer sitting down and having someone wait on us. But for the price it's worth waiting in line to place the order.
