Goodberry's Frozen Custard

I’ve been a loyal fan and customer of Goodberry’s Frozen Custard for over 10 years, and it never disappoints but I just had to take a moment to shout out someone truly special Dani.
Not only is the frozen custard always incredibly smooth and flavorful, and the milkshakes rich, thick, and irresistibly creamy, but it’s the people like Dani who really make the experience unforgettable. Her warm greeting, genuine smile, and sincere thank yous that make every visit feel personal and appreciated. She clearly takes pride in making sure every customer leaves happy, and it shows.
Dani, we hope Goodberry’s knows how lucky they are to have you on their team. Thank you for the exceptional customer service. It keeps us coming back time and time again!

Jordan and Teion were great and the ice cream was even better!
Teion waited on me 6/16/25 he was so friendly and polite! I called the store to tell the manager that they have a gem with Teion!!

A lot of issues at this location, my Sundae was made incorrectly and they can't even fill to the top of my 8 dollar 16 ounce Sundae. My wife's sandstorm was made incorrectly with the wrong kind of ice cream. This is the 4th or 5th time we've had things made incorrectly at this location. Sad to see the steep decline of a carolina staple.

Ice cream perfection

Just what I needed on today!!! Today has been a day for me so i decided to stop by and grab some of my favorite ice cream which happens to be butter pecan 🥰🥰 Nyoka helped and when I tell you kindness and a smile goes a long way! She was so helpful and sweet; definitely changed my mood bc my boys had me in a reduced mood lol I know other moms can relate lol

The weather was super gloomy today, but I was blessed to find a ray of sunshine at Goodberry’s in Wake Forest today! Nyoka was a gem! Such a personable, knowledgeable and sweet person. She sold me on the butter pecan custard! And it was delicious! I will definitely be returning soon!

Love the experience , customer service , speed in readiness and cleanliness of this location . Took my children with me and was most satisfied with Nyoka’s performance . She gave us lots of options and allowed my children a few taste test first . Was please with her patience in helping me and my family . Would Highly recommend ! Thank you.

I took my son here for ice cream. This was our first time. We decided to get the Carolina concrete. In big letters on their board for how to do the Carolina concrete it says choose your ice cream then choose as many toppings or syrups as you want. Big letters. A bit farther down below in little tiny letters it says first topping included and more toppings extra. When the lady told us the total I was shocked but didn't want to be rude. I kept trying to figure out what might have gone wrong then asked the cashier and she pointed out the fine print. I don't blame her. I could tell that she felt bad about it. I blame management for what essentially amounts to a scam in their signage. I should have just left, but did not want to do that out with my son. It just feels bad to be scammed. Most definitely won't be back. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Really good and staff was really nice! One of the staff, Nyla, gave me a good recommendation which I enjoy very much!
