I went to this KFC's drive-thru a few weeks ago to try their new chicken tenders. They were terrible. Cold, chewy and small. I'm not even sure they were cooked the day I visited. I ate half of one and threw the rest in the garbage. This KFC would deserve a zero if it weren't for the nice lady at the drive-thru.

Never can get what you want to order from this place they hv certain days they cook certain pieces of chicken if you ask for white meat they want tell you were outta white meat they play you like your dumb and give you a thigh and a wing or a breast and leg instead of what you done paid for with your hard earn money that you get up everyday and work for they just give you want they want to. Went to this place twice tonight and NO white meat said it will be ready in 30 minutes come back In 30 minutes still No white meat then wanna give you some story about why they don’t hv white meat on Tuesday everybody don’t eat no slick wet tail dark meat. Went only cook a few pieces of white meat on Tuesday couldn’t be my KFC cause you will be looking for a job on Wednesday

The 2nd time recently we have purchased a bucket of chicken and both times we have been given the pieces that have been sitting, not fresh, ect... Out of 8 pieces of chicken all 8 peices were horrible. This was during the lunch hour. KFC not what it used to be...

Food was cold. The staff had all their kids in the booths and running around in the restaurant. I also saw them give the kids free items. There were dirty tables all over the place. Horrible experience. Will not be going back to this location.

Bunch of idiots that work at this location. Ordered two 4 piece chicken tender meals with fries and the employee told us to wait on the two orders in the parking lot because they had no fries. Over 30 minutes later nothing ever came out but they have the audacity to say sorry we’re closed. If you’re a lazy bum who doesn’t have the iq make a fast food meal why are you working in a restaurant? Maybe consider a job more your mental “speed” ?. At least we got a refund, hopefully they were smart enough to do it correctly, will check my bank statement just in case?.

I love how the manager Chelsea had everything in order it was the cleanest KFC I have been to from New Jersey to North Carolina and the food was the best I just wish I can give a 10 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ will be going back even if it is an hour away
