I had to make a trip back to restaraunt because my husband’s chicken came with no skin on it. And let me preface this next statement with, I am a bald woman. How is it that hair got in my food? Hair!!!! I thought the staff had to wear hair nets and keep facial hair at a minimum? I don’t know, but this really cut my meal short. I lost my appetite and immediately stopped eating. The lady however, was nice enough to humbly accept our complaint and gave my husband an extra piece of chicken. Overall, I didn’t see any of the workers wearing gloves nor hair nets. The food was delicious, nonetheless. Disappointed that I could not enjoy the rest because of the hair.

Prices on the drive thru and inside board had a price that was different than was rung up. Instead of honoring the price I was given the excuse that it was the price with tax. I explained that the price before tax was $21.99, then they added the tax. Their response was the price must have changed. It's not hard to honor what is on the menu board, but not to own up to it or offer a resolution is not appreciated. Check your receipts against what the menu is on everything.

Absolutely terrible food. Pretty sure it was old food, reheated.
“Wedges” are skinny fries, no substance at all.
“Tenders” are anything BUT tender.
Asked for no ice in drink…got ice.
Asked for Comeback Sauce” got Honey Mustard.
What a waste of money! No need to ‘Come back’.

Ordered on the app at 6:45pm for 7:30pm. Was ignored for 15 minutes at the counter and am still waiting for my order at 7:54. Terrible customer service and interaction. Where’s my food at?

Shift manager attitude was terrible! I sent my 17yr old daughter in to place an order, my daughter typed in her phone what I wanted. Got back to the car and definitely was not what she ordered. I went in for a refund, considered to have the order corrected until I noticed the young shift manager attitude and just went with the refund. My daughter stated how rude the manager was to her while she was ordering our food as well. I definitely understand why this restaurant has bad reviews. Definitely will never return to this restaurant!!!

Tried to take advantage of the spend $15 on app and get free 8pc chicken deal and for the life of me it would absolutely NOT work. Me and the manager both tried on two different phones and nothing. Ended up walking out sad and went to Chick-fil-A instead. Doubt we'll be back anytime soon.

Picked up 8 piece special and mashed potatoes. The chicken was very greasy. You can tell it was cooked in dirty oil. The taste was terrible.

Worst chicken & biscuits ever!!!! Dry and stale. Bisciuts hard as a rock.Can't review the mashed potatoes because they left them out. Will NEVER eat there again, not that I was able to eat the trash they gave me.

Went to this KFC for a Chicken Sandwich and it was empty and before leaving I understood why. First they took almost 10 minutes to come to the counter, and they're was no kind of customer service skills, and when my order was ready they just called it out, threw it on the counter and walked away! Nothing they did was over the line, I think more than anything is the fact that I got a Chicken Sandwich from Chick-fil-A yesterday and noticed how they're employees treat the customers, the difference is night and day! The sandwiches were pretty much the same....This is on management and obviously the reason why this place was empty, why not spend your money where you get great customer service...Just an observation...
