Food was amazing at this KFC location and the customer service was amazing as well. Far better than what I ever expected from my fast food restaurant. The gentleman that took care of us was extremely friendly and polite and with every customer that came in he always had a smile on his face. So inviting! Will definitely be coming back here

tried to pick up a delivery at 9:40ish. sat in drive thru for 15-20 minutes constantly speaking into mic asking if anyone was there and got no response the entire time. another car pulls up behind me (also picking up delivery) and tried the doors when they suddenly turned off all the lights and bolted out the door. every employee left but online it says they close at 11. please have the decency to let us know you’re closed instead of letting us just sit there and adjust your hours online.

This is the worst KFC in the world! Every time me or my son come to this KFC the service is horrible! The wait is ungodly and they run out of chicken very often. I waited 30mins in the drive-thru just to be told they don't have anymore chicken! It was 6pm and you're out of chicken? She said "they have some but they're frozen." This has been the narrative on numerous occasions! My spn doordashes and hes had to wait sp often that hes had to cancel orders. It's insane! The management is horrible and the entire store needs direct retraining and a new manager. I will never go there again!! The district or regional manager needs to be informed immediately! It's awful at KFC on Capitol Blvd in Wake Forest, NC.

It's been a while since I've been to Kentucky Fried Chicken and WOW! what a pleasant surprise!I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Mashed Potatoes. It wasn't the spiciest chicken sandwich I've had but overall it was one of the best chicken sandwiches. Nice size piece of chicken, cooked perfectly - still hot and juicy. The mashed potatoes were delicious - I've always liked KFC's mashed potatoes. The biscuits and checked tenders were also cooked perfectly and we're tasty.The staff was friendly and helpful.I'll definitely be back!

This place is a joke! I have been there twice and every time I’ve gone to order dark meat they say that they are all out. I thought this was a restaurant that sold chicken? Apparently they don’t want to sell or cook anything. The staff are extremely rude, and the inside of the restaurant is always a mess. I’m surprised it still open.
We walked in to the restaurant to eat in. No one acknowledged us for 10 minutes even though several people there saw us. They then said they were only doing drive thru. Another family was eating in the restaurant at the time and they ordered at the counter just before is. We asked if we could and they said no. There were no signs, door was not locked. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. The manager saw us and she was the one that was rude and not accommodating at all.

Had not been here in a year and expected good chicken however today I went in and ordered my food shortly after they opened, to discover my chicken was very dark(2 chicken dinners). It was very untasteful. The oil needs changing! The chicken had a bitter after taste. The employees were engaged in a conversation with manager who was going out to buy employees lunch(they were so loud at the front desk), very unprofessional , paying me (the customer no respect).Please have your employees to change the oil, they had just opened up. Visit your franchise!!!! I suggest you replace these people.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to. The staff is mean and scary, they would not tell me the price of a 2 pc snack, they would not allow me to place order in drive thru (Said I had to come inside), and then they did not give me what I ordered. Don't waste precious time on these jerks or this so called restaurant. Best to just drive down the street to Bojangles or to Popeyes in Raleigh where there is cordial staff and good food!
