Shrinkflation! What a disappointment this place has been during the last few visits. The filling for their donuts has shrunk at least by half, if not less. At the same time they're cutting out some of the long-time favorite classic donuts, like old fashioned, cruellers, and lemons. Time to start buying regularly from the mom-and-pop donut shops, who fill donuts to customer satisfaction. Shame on you!

I picked up 2 dozen “Surprise Bags” using the TOO GOOD TO GO” App. Which helps stop food waste by allowing customers to buy food from participating restaurants at the end of their day, at discounted rates, rather than throwing away perfectly good food.
October 2025
Visited around 2:30pm. There were only 2 employees in the store (that could be seen. One at the drive-thru window and the other running the rest of the restaurant. The drive thru line was almost around the building, and the line inside was almost out the door. Online orders weren't ready even after their pickup time. The store seemed to be severely understaffed, and wait times were long. The donuts were fresh and tasted great, but the long wait was definitely not enjoyable.
