The bagels are great but the way they do their orders is kind of annoying. The person taking the order is also the person making the order. If you’re in a hurry you’re going to have to wait.
It would be much more efficient if there were 1 person taking the order and someone else making the order.
I am sad to see the negative reviews here, but to each their own I guess. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They have incredible bagels! The omelettes are my absolute favorite. Idk what they’re doing, but I just can’t make an omelette like that at home 😆 they can get busy during weekend morning hours, but that’s expected. I feel the employees handle it well. We’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and we come here often ☺️ I don’t have a bad thing...read full review
I absolutely love your bagels. We found you in 2020 when we moved the Roseville. We moved to Rocky Mount last year. Every time we come in Wake Forest we stopped to get your bagels. We intentionally make my husband’s doctor appointments in the morning so we can stop by and grab bagels from you as well as sandwiches for lunch. Your chicken salad bagel is one of the best I’ve ever had, but for the love of God, please make more chicken salad. It sells out so quickly.

Courtney’s New York Bagels & Deli is a spot known for their authentic New York-style bagels. The bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel is a must-try, reminiscent of a classic NY deli sandwich. The staff is mostly friendly, although occasional mishaps may happen. Some customers have noted a decline in quality, with items like the crumb cake being discontinued. Despite this, loyal customers enjoy the genuine taste of the bagels, claiming they are better than many found in New York. The omelettes are also a favorite among some visitors, who appreciate the flavors that they find hard to replicate at home. While the breakfast sandwiches shine, the deli section may need improvement regarding ingredient availability and customization options for sandwiches. Some customers feel that the restaurant could benefit from a refresh in both the interior and exterior seating areas, as the outdoor tables require paint and the interior has light bulbs that are out. During busy weekend mornings, the employees manage the crowd well, ensuring customers rarely wait long. However, not everyone has had a positive experience, as some new visitors found their bagel experience below average.
