Staff is very helpful and kind
The young girl who works weekday mornings who is short with black hair in pigtail braids has consistently been extremely rude and does not have good customer service.
Edit: The exact same rude and condescending customer service as before from the same person! Be careful about leaving a review here because they will figure out who you are and bring it up to you if you ever come back!

These new bagel shops don’t make bagel sandwiches. Nowadays you buy and you spread the cheese yourself. On the go? You go to Brueggers and order a bagel with cream cheese and that’s what you get, nicely done. And they still makes egg sandwiches. Loved this place in NY. Glad it’s here too.
