Well , in 2024 blatant prejudice and disingenuous customer service still exist people. First time at this location and was purposely overlooked twice by the owners son when he was supposed to take my order . I went to the owner and expressed my concern and she took care of me but not once apologized for her son’s actions. However, thank you to Mya for being so welcoming , your smile and willingness to help is appreciated. I won’t be coming to this location again. Rudeness never deserves my support.

I've never had an order made so incorrectly. Sriracha Sunrise, Brisket, and Zesty egg white were ordered. I only recieved 2 bagels...and they were NOWHERE close to correct. Sriracha ended up with ingredients from the Zesty Egg and no cream cheese...so egg, bacon, and tomato spread. The Zesty showed up with the same bagel style as the Sriracha which was incorrect...and only an egg on it with no spread/cheese and no Turkey sausage. I don't know who's 'working' the store today...but they clearly need help with orders at this level of incompetence. Sad this is the story I get to tell when people ask about places to go for breakfast - as it trumps all prior experiences atthis location.

Ordered egg and cheese on plain bagel, what you see in the picture is what I received. I have enjoyed bruegger's bagels since my first visit back in 1997 and never received a bagel like this.

Our visit was not what I would call enjoyable. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, tables not cleaned off. Creamer was empty, when I noticed this I asked if it could be refilled. It wasn't washed out first, im guessing or replaced by a clean carafe. There was noticeable crusted on leftover creamer on the pour spout. Trash bin was completely full, and we stacked our trash on top. When the creamer was filled again, I went to use it and it was slightly chunked up. I inquired with the cashier and her response was that it must be from the hot coffee making it look that way. There was a dead bug ( looked like a small cricket ) near the cream and sugar area. I asked if they could wipe it away , or if I could have a rag to do it myself. Our table was not clean and there were 3 other dirty tables in the area we were trying to sit. Could I have picked a different area to sit, sure but with two small children a booth is just easier so options were limited in that respect.Staff working registers were on their phones most of our visit (which was about 45mins) and while we sat they didn't clean off the same 3 tables that were dirty when we arrived. It's too bad because it wasn't all that busy. About 8-10 customers during our visit . I have pictures to share as well. If these cleanliness areas improve, the store can really shine. The location is convenient to many businesses. Good luck!

Arrived at 9:35am to purchase Cinnamon Raisin bagels and was told we don’t have any today. How does that happen this early in the morning will not be coming back to this place again totally disorganized. The owner should re-educate the staff on how to prioritize bagels.

Horrible experience. Drinks were over filled causing them to spill on the table and food when putting in the straws. One of the bagels wasn’t cut all the way through causing it to fall completely a part when trying to separate the sides. One of our drinks had stuff floating in it. When taking it back up for a replacement the person looked at us like it wasn’t a reasonable request. When taking the sandwich back up the employee did remake it but the owner stood by and said absolutely nothing. No apology. No offer of refund or discount. NOTHING. Highly disappointed.

I used to like this location and had not been there for a while. But today I ordered two turkey sandwiches with lettuce and tomato -- What I got? Two bagels with one thin slice of turkey on each, wilted lettuce and mushy tomato. Not going back!

Nice selections of bagel sandwiches, they have breakfast and lunch options. We went for breakfast and had the Farmhouse and special bacon cheddar sandwich. The pepper cream cheese on the Farmhouse was a little strong, next time I get it I'll ask for regular cream cheese I think that will make it perfect. The hash brown bagel they used was really good. Hope to try the lunch options sometime soon.
