I normally come here and I do t have any issues. I went this morning and got a couple drinks and a few food items. As I got to the light to turn I. To S. Main ST. my coffee spilt all over me because the lid wasn’t in all the way. I get home to change my outfit and clean my new car since it got everywhere. I called Starbucks once I cleaned up the mess and just told them “that they should check lids enforce handing out coffees especially if it’s a hot coffee (as mine was)”. The person I was speaking to said “ yeah some of our lids work and some don’t. So if you would like to come back around we can make that again for you.” I said “ will my lid actually be on this time?” The person said “ no guarantee that it will, but if you would like us to remake it come back around.” I said “ no, I’ll pass because I’m not risking spilling it all over me again.” When I spilt my coffee all over that it burned my thighs and another spot. So this location knows that the lids don’t stay in but still passing them out with scolding hot coffee in them. Not professional.

This Starbucks usually makes good coffee but I found pieces of plastic in my last coffee... Posing pics here.. Towards the end of the drink I thought I was chewing on ice and it turned out to be little pieces of plastic. How tf this happens is beyond me.

We door dashed 3 drinks, received one drink, called them and their excuse was they forgot to put our other two drinks in our bag. Everything was up to $28 and some odd cents. Even says “1of 3” so very poor working

I have to say I’ve been to A LOT of Starbucks and this is by far the worse one I’ve visited. I would rather travel 10 min further to the one in Wakefield Commons that visit this one again. The customer service at the Rodger’s Rd location is subpar. The employees are not customer service oriented just by their attitudes alone. And why is it so dark in there?

Unfortunately our sandwiches were cold in the middle which is so unappetizing (but was good after heating it up at home). Coffee is always delicious and the associates I’ve dealt with at this store are always friendly and outgoing.

I’m appalled at this location today.Today from 12-6 certain drinks were 1/2 price. I’m sure they’ve been busy… but that doesn’t excuse what I just witnessed.Customers that came inside, along with the drive thru customers were forced to wait while the workers stood around giggling and talking. At one point all the workers went to the back and left 1 worker to do everything.I have never see that from this location and the supervisor should be ashamed and reprimanded for allowing this.The folks that wanted the 1/2 drinks didn’t get them around the last 5 -10 minutes of the designated time. I observed as they literally ignored a woman that had been in line for at least 10 minutes or longer.I believe they acted this way to keep the people from getting the 1/2 price drinks right before the cutoff time.The sale didn’t affect me because I wasn’t interested in the 1/2 price promotion.Shame on this location for their lack of customer service and for their pettiness.

absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered Mobil and was gonna go through the drive through decided not to because the line was wrapped around the building. Went inside and I told the girl I had a mobile order for (my name) and that I had ordered it and out drive thru but the line was long so I was inside now. She said ok. Waited 15 minutes for my drink then told her I had a bagel with cream cheese. Girl said okay. I waited 20 more minutes for my bagel. She looked at me and said are you still waiting on your bagel. Like duh no I’m just standing here…. She pulls it from the Mobil line. My bagel is hard as a rock and not warm at all. Not waistline another 20 minutes of my day getting them to remake it. No apologies were give. Won’t be back here. Place is a disaster.

Starbucks on Rogers Road in Wake Forest deserves more than 10 stars for hiring Maddy! It is evident through Maddy's warm customer service that she loves and understands people. Maddy also takes great pride in her work! The coffee is perfect - as usual! Thank you for adding more happiness to my day. Now to seal the next deal:-)

I came in on Monday afternoon around 3pm,and wasn't treated well at all. The 2 young girls that were working at the time were extremely rude. I come to this specific Starbucks a lot. They didn't say a word to me and not to mention the fact I waited for my 1 item order for 15min. I wasn't very happy at all very dissatisfied. Neither of them apologized for me having to wait so long. It takes a lot for me to complain and that day drew the line. Just thought I would let someone know that possibly has concern about how their customers are treated. Thank you, for your attention. Cindy Hill
