Ordered on the app and was told they don't have a bakery item I ordered. Normally thats fine since every other star bucks would substitute with something THEY have, but they told me to ask someone in harris tetter to give me for a bakery item at Starbucks prices. Might as well just order from there.They said I would not get a refund either.

Don’t come here in the morning 20 minutes wait just to place an order. To add insult to injury, the coffee is weak and has no taste. And I ordered pikes place.

I couldn't order because after 5 minutes of waiting, the only customer in front of me and the employee were still too busy figuring out how to operate said customers' multitude of gift cards and discounts.

Rude staff. Especially the younger ones. I made a mistake and ordered a mango dragonfruit with water and was meaning to get it with lemonade. A working standing next to us said “ugh but you already made it though”. Very unprofessional.

Adrian is a superstar barista! So professional, so personable. She always takes the time to make your order just perfect and I just love how she remembers regular customer names and the little details on their orders. She’s great!

I continue to be disappointed at this store. Never have I ever received a hot Americano as ordered… ever. I’ve asked them to run the water. I’ve complained. Never changes. No letter the time of day. No matter if we order without half and half. It doesn’t matter what we do our closest Starbucks fails to deliver. We stop going for a few weeks at a time and get tired of goi g to the one farther away and try this one again but it never improves. And they don’t seem to care.

This location is amiss. I appreciate the convenience of picking up my drink after grocery shopping, but they hardly ever make my drinks to satisfaction. Drinks usually taste weird, drinks will be watered down and “soupy,” extra ingredients will be added, and/or the presentation is terrible. I have had enough, and today, after my drink was loaded with nutmeg that should not have been an ingredient in the drink, will be my last visit.

Pretty disappointing visit here today - I had a coupon for a free bakery item in my Starbucks app. We mentioned the coupon when we placed the order, mentioned again at the pick up window and showed coupon on my phone (in the Starbucks app). The employee at the window said the coupon was not showing up for them, we handed my phone over and showed her the coupon that clearly states "mention coupon to barista and discount will be given." Nope. She refused to honor the coupon. Is this a big deal in the scheme of life? No. And we were polite about it, bought the item and didn't make a fuss. However, having worked retail, I know that it's not difficult to honor a coupon and/or adjust the price to give the customer the offer that they validly have. I guess she was really not wanting to believe us and refused to offer a $3.59 freebie. As usual, line was nightmarishly long, parking lot was complete packed, too.

If I could give them a “0 stars” I would. A young girl made my drink not going to post her name on here. She needs a bit more training I believe..I asked for two Caramel Ribbon Frapps and one with extra drizzle no whipped cream. Not sure what concoction she decided to give me in my drink but it wasn’t what I paid for. Currently trying to get another better drink right now..I don’t have a picture of the drink but I got a decently better drink now.
