Ive eaten here maybe 2/3 times. Each time there was some time in btwn the visits. But on may 25/2025(on Sunday), but for me to place a order to go back and try it again(maybe).i placed my order with the help of a young lady, cool no issue. Greatly appreciate her assistance. But i ordered the “famous turkey leg” i didnt get it stuff a little too much for me so i ordered it with my sides separate in containers. Also, on the actual ordering menu i asked for no yams i chose rice and gravy. Okay, 1st they gave me yams instead of rice and gravy had to go back in (while they are madd busy) and wait to get that corrected and to exchange. Then to get home for the rice n gravy to hv no flavor and i guess someone was having handed with the black pepper. Ta!! Then the greens and mac n cheese.😶 the greens were very salty and the MAC N CHEESE was salty they both could hv taken me out due to the fact im trying to work on my BP. But this kinda did it for me after i opened and tried the MAC N CHEESE on the second taste of the it something just felt very weird and uncomfortable in my mouth… hmmm there was a Whole Decent Length Piece Of Hair In It. This was my first time trying these turkey legs. Probably my last. I may try another restaurant in there. But me personally I dont normally give that many chances for restaurants. But they a ghost kitchens so i try to give different things on there a try. But this right here,SMH idk. For $30 a plate this was unacceptable. As im typing this the whole plate is sitting on the table.
Very disappointed.
But everyone else enjoy, and i hope you hv a much better experience.

This place has a lot to offer and has a lot of potential BUT, the order area was not clean and staff that was behind the counter was sloppy, they were eating, on their phones and looked like they were on a break. If this is what is going on in lobby what is happening in the kit hen areas?

It sucks that I was ready for the dining experience. One of my favorite local restaurants moved here. When I got there, I was so confused! I couldn't find the restaurants. Well, it's because you enter your order on a computer screen and someone brings your food out! It's only to-go. I was looking for the personable touch like in the restaurant they had open for 5 years! Some may like the concept of a virtual dining hall but I don't!

**PLEASE EVERYONE READ THIS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO ORDER FROM HERE** One of the worst experiences I’ve had for a long time in any food service environment. The staff was irresponsible with preforming the duties of their positions. I ordered from the wings and turkey bbq restaurant there. Food took almost an hour since when I ordered it before I received it. Half of my order was not even there and they did not even ask if I would like any replacements for the food they were out of stock of. Had to force them to do their jobs correctly.

Ordered on line (in store order is offered as well) was greeted by the host who kept tabs on my order. The wait was reasonable and the food was great. There are a couple of tables there but I think those are just for waiting but I suppose you could dine in, if you insisted.

Drove from Fayetteville and once I got there found out that it's not what is on the internet. I expected to be able to sit down for a good meal but as soon as I walked in the door the menu was on a tou h screen and the inside dinning consists of 3 small tables by the window. So don't waste your time it's a joke.

Literal trainwreck service. Waited 20 minutes for my food, inquired about it and was told "it's being worked on. Another 20 minutes passes and I inquire about it again only to be told that their ticket machine jammed and they NEVER STARTED. It's one thing to take a long time for food or to have technical errors but to literally lie to my face about it being worked on is unacceptable. Do not order from here.

This is not a food hall, even though that is how describe their horribly run "business" Will be gone in a year or two. No seating, at a food hall?? Different businesses keep different hours...negates the whole point of going to a food hall. Spend your money else where

Food was amazing! Variety of local foods. Had lunch with my husband in their little dine section! Also Sam and Ori were amazing at explaining everything.
