The staff was helpful, the food was great and affordable.
This was our first time trying this restaurant and our first time being at the Flavor District in Wake Forest.
Our son-in-law is Venezuelan so we have had traditional Venezuelan food, but we tried some things today that we had never had before.
Carlos was very helpful as we were ordering.
We cannot wait to go back. Our suggestion is to order from them online so it’s ready when you get there.

I’ve been ordering from Canaima for over three years. Consisten quality and great service. I love good pastelitos. In my opinion the best pastelitos are queso and papa. Excellent option for catering with fair price. I’ve used their tequeños for many events including wedding and birthdays. I like that I can order ahead or come at my own time. I will continue to come to Canaima.
